Adversaire «VERSA» is a tight-knit, high performance, end-game progression FC looking for active, social, and awesome people who are also exceptional players! We generally want to avoid elitism and immature attitudes, but we do expect a minimum skill level in our members. Our FC has consistently achieved top 3 server FC clears in both clear dates and speed kills since 3.0. Our recruitment policy is currently more strictly filtered to maintain size and culture with our increased popularity over time. Hang out with us on TeamSpeak and Discord to engage in our community both online and offline!

- We want people to stand out, whether as an exceptional raider, influential streamer, awesome person, someone who has done something cool.
- We don't want just another headcount who doesn't talk, we want to know you and believe that you will add to our identity and family.
- We like applicants who know what they want and feel that VERSA specifically could be a good home for them.
- We like people with a strong sense of loyalty, comradery, sincerity, and dignity.
- We like it when our players do not feel the need to flaunt their accomplishments; everyone can have a bit of an ego, but humbleness and willingness to accept criticism goes a long way.

- You will be a part of a community of skilled players who are passionate about the game.
- You will have the opportunity to engage in social activities in and out of game.
- You will receive crafting/gearing support if you raid.
- You will be in a good place to receive strategy advice, job advice, fight specific advice from our veteran raiders.
- You will have a diverse and strong player base to sub in for groups or run traps together.
- You will have access to an active Discord for text chat, TeamSpeak for voice communication, active FC website for news updates and various content.
- You will have a voice in VERSA's direction and recruitment.
SOME THINGS TO CONSIDER BEFORE APPLYING:
- Do not rush the application. Make sure you are answering the questions being asked.

- Be prepared to receive criticism and follow-up questions. No application is perfect. If you cannot maturely respond to criticism, do not apply.
